In all honesty, Adam Sessler was the only reason to watch any form of G4 programming. I guess on to bigger and better things.

Indeed Revnak. I use to watch back when it was still TechTv and even during Techtv/G4 it wasn't so bad but when it finally became just G4 I simpley stopped watching. It's a shame too, had some bitching anime on that channel back in the day, freaking loved Silent Mobius when it ran.

I liked the channel until X-play became the sole gaming related show on the channel and they stopped making jokes or having episodes on a more regular basis. I loved that show so much, but when it stopped being funny I stopped watching.

What?! I can't believe it -- he left. X-Play and Attack of the Show is the only reason I still watch G4TV at all. Cinematech, Electric Playground, Game Trailers TV, all those shows are gone. Now all I see are re-runs of Cops and Cheaters.

Watching Sessler's Soapbox and whenever they ran a user-voted tournament is all I came to G4TV.com for. I don't know what's going to happen to X-Play now. I doubt Morgan Webb can carry the show herself. Adam and Kevin "made" that channel.

Poor Kevin's pulling weight all by himself.

I noticed that too. In the end I think anything funny or any show that was consistent with anything Sessler produced himself on the website. Feedback and Sesslers soapbox. I considered funny and I could tell hard work and time went into those shows.

Wow! He was still there? I used to watch TechTV a lot, but when Comcast bought it and cancelled everything I liked on there to make G4TV I pretty much stopped paying attention to it.
Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, Kate Botello > Morgan Webb

I never watched g4 or even heard of it until like, three years ago, but yet I'm always seeing this guy around for some weird reason. He interviewed me once when I was at school, he seemed nice enough. I'm sure he'll find a new job soon enough.

G4 left direct tv so ......I have no reason to care as I havent had g4 in what 2, 4 years. Miss it but yknow only two shows were about games anymore(aots barely).

Wow... that is just kinda the most bitter sweet thing i have heard in a while. I mean that mean for me this channel is truly dead in every seance even though i stopped witching one the Tech TV era ended he was the only persona I could never dislike on G4.

Did not expect that. Like others were saying, he really was the only reason to watch G4 since it turned into Spike TV's younger, less successful brother.

Well, I always liked Sessler, here's hoping he finds even greater success elsewhere. I'll always fondly remember him as the guy who stapled himself in the crotch.

Eh, was a medicore channel/ website anyway. And i didnt like the guy much. It was ok to see gameplay footage of stuff, but that was it.

I think Adam Sessler leaving the channel is a good thing. Now he can pursue other ventures in an area that more people would be more comfortable viewing. I'm sure if another gaming channel were to surface, Adam would move over there.


What will happen to the soap box? Will Adam continue it somewhere else?

Is there a website of his or a place to see updates and what movies or projects he is working on? One that isn't twitter, preferably.
