My power would be bullet time, my motivation is that the order formed by civilization in an abomination towards the chaotic nature of the universe, and my montage probably would consist of crazy laughter along with a choir.

My power is the ability to summon countless lawyers to do my bidding.
My plan is to patent the use of the sun, then sue everyone in the world who has ever seen daylight.
My ultimate goal is to troll the entire world into submission.
I would constantly be naked, but no one would ever know that since I would only be shown as a shadowy figure in the background while my lawyers would do all the work.

I like the Mastermind type villians. Lex, Magneto, Dr. Doom, Kingpin. I'd want to be one of those. Plenty of minions and complex plots that expand beyond just one rival hero to fight, but many, who often have to team up just to beat me.

My power is to get people to do whatever I want...by just being really nice to them. So nice, like baking them their favorite treats or doing favors that they are just *compelled* to help me out in return.
Motivation: Why, make earth into a cheery utopia, of course. There's so much misery in the world already, it doesn't need my help to make it any worse!

My outfit would well taliored three piece suits for day to day wear, and Dr. Doom like armour (minus the cape & tunic) for combat situations

I wouldn't want to be a villain. It would be a lot of work to retain the maintenance of protection that would be necessitated against protagonists.

Name: I wouldn't have any sort of dramatic stage name. I wouldn't even tell anyone my real name until someone finally managed to defeat me, in which case I'd divulge my real name to them before dying/being imprisoned/whatever.
Power: I'd be able to both read minds and induce crippling, introspective hallucinations in people using the things I learn from sifting through their subconscious fears and guilt.
Motivation: Deep down, I'd really want to be defeated, just to prove to myself that people aren't slaves to their personal demons.
Outfit: I'd just wear regular clothes. It's easy to imagine a villain in a black, spiky trench coat, but someone that fucks with people the way I'd plan to would just be so much more disturbing and scary if they looked and behaved like otherwise normal people.
