And yet... Is there a third possibility that we're overlooking? Could all of this in fact be another stealth ad from the wild and crazy guys at the Dante's Inferno [http://www.dantesinferno.com/] marketing team? Is it sloth? Will it be greed?
I really hope so. Otherwise, this crazy-ass bastard needs sectioning.

In the words of Gregory House, MD: "People are idiots."

The man's reasoning skills have completely gone out the window if he thinks celebrities are a credible source just because they had their fair share of experience with alienation.
He just as well could have subpoenaed the neighbour's dog as a witness on alienation because he didn't get his rocks off in two years. While we're at it, let's call on the 40-year old virgin too, I'm sure he's got a thing or two to say about alienation.

Grow up you child.

Screw sectioning, just take him behind the shed and make him eat both barrels.

I loved the photo. Seemed like those Angel-Devil advocates images where the person is devided what to do. So it got me thinking what are the best race class combo to make such a photo?

Angel - Human/Bloodelf female paladin, beacause of the wings spell. And probabaly defes in the white priest tier robes.

Devil - Horns are a must and the was that awsome warrior armor set - dark and brooding. As for race anything not too disproportional compared to the angel figure. And still bulky enough to look demonish, like a male orc.

This guy again??? Honestly, you'd think he'd simply stop playing video games if they caused him this much trouble. This is getting absurd!!!

Is it possible that this series of insane lawsuits will turn out to be the most insidious advertisement ever? Of course not - although as explanations go, it makes about as much sense as anything else involved in this case. (And if it is, I'm totally buying the game just for the sheer awesomeness of the marketing.)
If that is true, I will buy ten copies of the game...and eat my shoes...
If it is, then this game has serious balls. Like. A huge pair.

hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Blizzard hasn't lost a single suit as far as I know, not even when the Chinese kid died. This guy is pretty ridiculous, he hasn't won a single lawsuit and continues. Give him a massive fine so I don't have to read about him anymore.

He's complaining because you can't get a mount until level 20? I did it in a week even with school, work and sleep. He sits at home all day, surely if he relies on games for entertainment he could do it in a couple of days?

His condition has now been updated from 'kooky' to 'batshit insane'

Unless someone has a gun to his head and is forcing him to play WoW, he has no case.

This guy is a freaking bozzo!

Can I sue when it rains now?

How about if I am sexually unfulfilled?

Can I finally sue a television network for canceling a program and thus causing me grief?

I find it silly. If he doesn't like a game, why doesn't he just stop instead of sue, like everyone else? It's not like they're forcing him to play.
There should be rules against this, this is clearly a get rich scheme for that SOB.

Great, now he got Martin Gore into this. How dare you refer to my God of song-writing!? Blasphemy! I will sue you!

But seriously, this guy is off his rocker. He has no ground to stand on in this case (or in any case for that matter). Banned from PS3? Learn to behave, the PSN isn't just for you. RROD? Buy a new one, they've already made it clear to anyone that there's a risk it'll break, you got it with the awareness. Firmware update doesn't work? Send an e-mail to support, or just get over it. WoW isn't "fun" enough? Get another MMO! You bought the game on it's terms. You're not buying an entire game company to make the game more fun to you, you're buying a game designed to fit the masses, not an insignificant douche-bag like you.

You want them to change everything to serve your needs? God, this guy annoys me. He thinks the world revolves around him. That's my job! And I don't sue game companies for attention.

You're not buying an entire game company to make the game more fun to you,
Considering some of the posts on the WoW forums, it's a little scary how many people seem to think that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and that Blizzard should cater a 11 million+ people game to them and them alone.
