See also "Agoraphobic PS3 Owner Appeals Sony Lawsuit Loss" and "Agoraphobic PS3 Owner Sues Microsoft, Nintendo". What if the guy was epileptic, would that also make the headlines? Epileptic Sues Activision! Guy With Cancer Sues Sony! HIV Positive Sues Microsoft! I really don't see the sense in it.

This is actually a pretty good question and it's something I kicked around a bit before sticking it in. But in this case, the answer is quite simple: It's purely a matter of identification. It's the quickest way to let everyone know that it's the same guy who launched those other crazy-ass lawsuits.

Because that was the identifier he himself used? That he was agoraphobic and thus needed his PSN account to get the social interaction he wanted/needed?
