Money, that's all a Agoraphobic needs....Money....

Seriously, this piece of news actually hurts my head. I have a roomie that can't get enough of WoW, and he gets bored of everything else!

Seriously, if it isn't fun for you, you don't fricking sue. >.>

Attention whore. This came from the second article(http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/95721-Agoraphobic-PS3-Owner-Appeals-Sony-Lawsuit-Loss), describing his appeal and second Sony suit-

"Since his PSN ban he's been playing a lot of Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe on the Xbox 360 and he told GamePolitics that he's "a bit obsessed" with the character of The Joker. "I plan to wear a purple suit during my court trials," he said. "No joke!" "

I'm no psychologist, but to me a bonafide "disabling" case of agoraphobia would leave him crippled and unable to fuction in public places with lots of people, such as a courtroom. Such comments seem out of place. I would think he would be dreading his court encounter, not enthused.

Convenient case of mental disability only when it applies to him getting something, me thinks.

This guy needs executing, like an injured horse, or a dog that's bitten someone.

Hey guys! If you're really curious about all of this and wanna talk to the nut job about it personally, the person who wrote this article forgot to blackout Erik's phone number at the bottom of the subpoenas. >>

Also, wow. Things like this make me want to forget that I became an American not too long ago...

Wh-wh-WHAT?

If he's so disabled that he needs a stupid social service to live, how the fuck does get a famous actor (or so I presume) and some other guy to freakin' testify his case?

Seriously, who the hell is representing this guy? There can't be a lawyer this insane, right? Hell, either way he gets payed, but it's not always about the money, it's about keeping the dumbshits from wasting court-dollars.

Man smack him down with "rule 11." Seriously I hope they hit him with it then send the cops over to his house and take every game and console he owns to help pay.quote]

He'd just sue the police then for oppressing his rights as an individual, and forcefully breaking into his house and stealing his property.

OT: Yes, 15 dollars is expensive, admittedly. However, that doesn't justify his lawsuit though. There are plenty other MMORPG games out there that are free and just as good (if not better) as WoW.

This guy is too funny. So funny it hurts.

To be clear I am very much laughing AT him, directly in his face, with all his problems. Ha ha ha HA HA.

This reminds me of that other guy who kept sueing game-companies. You know: the one that got disbarred from Florida courts.

I'll go check to see if any asylums near this guy's hometown have had any escapes recently. Because at this point, that looks very likely...

It took me 24 hours to finally figure this out. It absolutely boggled my tiny brain. If this is a marketing shpeal for Dante's Inferno it's a really sneaky one.

It's all kinds of illegal to waste the court system's time with worthless lawsuits. If the Dante's Inferno team is behind this, they're about as liable as the guy putting forth the lawsuits. Which means fines/jail time for everyone, methinks.

Assuming the lawsuits are actually real and not just fake media fodder.
