Agoraphobe Sues Activision Over "Hurtful" World of Warcraft

What if we give him a fully closed in custom golf cart, place a PC monitor in the front of the cart, and remove the back of the monitor? There, agoraphobe problem solved, until he sues God for making a game where he has to work on his physical, mental, and social abilities to be accepted?
But seriously, what court is going to take this up? Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of free market (which is probably anyone over the age of 7) understands that they didn't have to make the product, and he didn't have to buy it. Sure, there are some legitimate reasons to sue over games, but agoraphobia isn't one. It's a curable condition which he himself is causing. It's not like a child dying from an epileptic seizure because there wasn't a warning about flashing lights in the game. I personally used to have acrophobia (fear of heights) and would experience vertigo at heights above 7 feet. Psychiatric help allowed me to fully recover from the phobia, and I can now manage any height without unordinary levels of panic or fear. I didn't sue Delta Airlines for driving their planes to high and keeping me from visiting relatives in a timely manner, did I? It was my problem, not theirs.
Also, why would an agoraphobe buy a Massively Multiplayer Online Game?
