I say this, because it's that same "lawsuits can solve all my problems" attitude that's killing freedom of speech. This really isn't so different than suing for "defamation" or the Espionage Act. Agoraphobia really isn't as limiting as he puts on. What, he can keep himself fed housed and afford all three consoles (more than I can say about myself) and manage to arrange three lawsuits and an appeal, but can't muster up the strength to arrange for an Xbox replacement? He bought the original Xbox 360, Wii, and Playstation 3 somehow. I'm sure he could have someone come to his home for the original. Oh, and wouldn't he have to leave his home to go to court?

This just proves that he just in it for the money. He hasn't suffered anything. I'm not even sure he's really disabled...
You banned me for breaking the rules I agreed to when I signed up, so I am going to file a lawsuit against you, hmm, what seems like a fair price to pay for banned me on totally legitimate reasons? I KNOW how about $55,000, that seems TOTALLY reasonable.

EDIT: I just finished reading it and saw he raised it to $180,000 in his appeal, I guess he suffered $125,000 of suffering at Sony's hand between the first and second trial when he had NO FURTHER INTERACTION WITH THEM
rofl, what a freaking idiot, seriously, when the rediculous sum of $55,000 doesn't pass, he raises it by over 100%? I could MAYBE feel sorry for the guy if he just wanted an injunction to have his account reinstated because he can't leave the house (He would still be unjustified, but I might be able to empathize just a bit), but COME ON! Sony should sue him for wasting their freaking time, then they could take the house, and the guy would have to confront his phobia.
For all this trouble he could just change his IP and start a new freaking account

"I can't afford your product, so give me $75,000 because I am stressed that I have no money" Is....well, its kinda hilarious.

I thought pleading insanity was a good defense but it seems to be a good offense too. I'd like to sue paper mate over the undue stree their pencil caused me because it made my A look like a D on my test and thus I got a C instead of a B on my test. Money PLEASE!
