Sorry, if this gets live action treatment Hollywood will find a way to chop it's nuts off and turn it into some PG-13 rated turd. I love the anime and it's good as just that, if you try and turn it live action, I'm sorry no matter how much money Avatar made CGI still looks like fake ass computer generated crap. You won't be able to do it justice so do everyone a favor and stop NOW!!!
