Amazon's New World MMO Destroying Graphics Cards

So apparently Amazon's newly released MMO, New World, is causing damage to some people's graphics cards. There were issues during the beta with some EVGA 3090s getting fried by an issue with unlocked framerates in menus causing cards to catastrophically overheat, but the new issues with the full release affect a wider range of cards. If you're playing this game be a little wary, and maybe turn down some settings to reduce strain on your GPU. If your GPU dies playing this game it's going to be a struggle to get a new one at the moment.
