Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs...Secret endings?!

Okay so I was fooling around in the files of A machine for Pigs(like you do), and I found a bunch of odd audio files. So I listened to them.

And it's the Machine! Thanking Mandus for understanding London needs to be destroyed in basically an atomic explosion. And Mandus promises to continue his work of making more pig monsters.
A second file actually has one of Mandus's sons telling Mandus to smash the machine and leave.
And a third had Mandus embracing his sons, saying something about it being a miracle they're alive.

So I'm wondering, how the hell do you trigger these endings? I've never even seen a YouTube video of them! Is it cut content or an ending you have to directly load rather than achieve normally?

That's got to be cut content, I'd never even heard of such a thing before now, and given how popular the Amnesia series is you'd think there'd be at least one person would've discovered said endings and posted a video of them.

If this is genuine then I'm very surprised at how long this has gone unnoticed in today's age of datamining.

They're real. Machine for pigs/soundfiles/VO/16_Temple.

Whole slew of them labeled OrbEnd, OrbHit, CrawlSpace_Orb, etc...

As said above, I imagine there was originally planned to be several endings you could get, depending on your action(much like original Amnesia had) which were cut as time went on.
