Animated characters and live-action characters you are surprised were played by the same person.

Two examples for me:

Lacey Chabert voiced Eliza Thornberry from The Wild Thornberries and played Gretchen Wieners from Mean Girls.

Jason Gray-Stanford voiced Raditz in Dragon Ball Z and voiced Donatello in the live-action Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation. He also played Randall Disher in Monk and voiced the titular character in Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century.

Paul Schrier played quintessential 90s tv school bully Bulk on Power Rangers. The character was dumb, sounded like a complete asshole and was about as threatening as a two legged corgi.




He also voiced Teknoman Saber in the English dub of Teknoman/Tekkaman Blade. Saber was the primary antagonist of the show and was both terrifying in his persona and effectiveness. He was all smooth, almost oily, voiced taunts and vile cruelty.


It fucking floors and mystifies me to this day at just how different these two characters are from the same man. Schrier needs to do more voice work as a villain cos Teknoman Saber was a fucking amazing one.

Aldis Hodge voiced King on Alpha Teens On Machines and played Hardison on Leverage.

These two characters could not be more different.
