see, anonymous think they're the ones trolling Westboro.

But in truth, it's the Westboro Baptist Church that's not only trolling anonymous, but the entire world.
Yeah, but it's not like WBC's just gonna say "haha, joke's on you. Our belief is bullshit."
Trolling is usually done when a person is purposely trying to sound retarded, and I doubt church commitment means that.
see the thing is, I just trolled you.
but if I semi-agree with you, is it a successful trolling?

So if someone talks, are they the spokesperson of anonymous? I don't really think so..
Uh, yes they are. He rose to the position. And save the odd reag'tard (always angry at everything), most Anon's would agree with what he said. It's wasn't based around being nominated for anything or any process of election. It was, like all other forms of Anonymous organisation, someone standing up and others voluntarily agreeing or following.

That is one of the truly fantastic things about the internet being ungoverned. There is no one forcing you to obey rules. If someone doesn't like what you're doing they will let you know, maybe take action against you.

god says : NYPA newfag. i've been around for 13.7 billion years and you? you can't even predict quantum mechanics.

ITT: WBC deserved it, there's a difference between saying "we disagree with such and such views" (legal) and saying "we are prepared to take down such and such views" (a threat, harassment, whatever you want to call it)
if someone says "i'm going to hurt you you pussy you can't do anything," then approaches you, i see no problem in defending yourself

Anonymous' message was really a nice read,it's good to see Anonymous being heroic and proving the internet is not a force to be abused or reckoned with.

How many sins?
over 9000...
This will just end up drawing more attention to the church. Hopefully more attention from people that are against it than from people just itching to find a new way to spread their bigotry

EDIT: I just watched half of the interview that was originally made to this ***** and I couldn't watched it full lenght, it only pissed me off and I'm quite a tranquil person. God, I can't belive such ammount of stupidity a single person can have.

Quoting what I wrote on YouTube, Over 9000 wanted to slap this *****.

Whaddya mean 'have'?

They're still there.
I think you misunderstood. "Do have" is present tense. :)

the bible is very confusing...
This is exactly what I am talking about. The Bible is very contradictory and confusingly written so different people get different things out of it.

As a result it bothers me when I hear Christians talking about groups like the WBC and saying "they aren't Christians" or " they aren't following what Jesus said" when in fact they are, it's just that they are following different parts of what Jesus and the Bible say than you are.

The difference is that Fred Phelps is an angry old bigot, so he naturally gravitates to those passages and messages, whereas most Christians are basically good people and therefore gravitate to the stuff about peace and love.

Sorry about this, I know you don't want to turn this into a deconstruction but I feel slightly compelled to respond. I'm pretty sure the first one means "die" as in going to hell, as it breaks the 10 commandments, a lot of time in the new testament it means die as go to hell.
Um... what? I'd like to see some sort of basis for this.

As for the 2nd one that is just like the part where he says "if a roman asks you to carry his thing for so or so miles (can't remember exact number) do it for double instead" he is not voicing support of their deeds just giving alternatives to violence and hate.
Even if you don't interpret that passage as supporting slavery it certainly doesn't condemn it which is bad enough for me. However, given the context of the Bible's view on slavery as a whole [footnote]It has detailed instructions on how long you can keep them and how badly you can beat them. Hint: As long as they don't die prior to two days after the beating it's OK[/footnote] Jesus' lack of condemnation rings that much louder.

It pisses me off to see Christians twisting the original message of love and tolerance into their hate filled bile that they spew on everyone walking past.
As I have said before, they aren't twisting the Bible any more or less than you are. Their views have just as much Biblical support as yours do.

The difference is that, unlike them, you are actually a good person and therefor you gravitate to those good passages.
