Another French retailer has dropped the dime on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
Are we sure it's a French retailer? The language in that ad...isn't French.
Tis Spanish, methinks. (It certainly isn't French or Italian, that's for damn certain)

OT: It was only a matter of time. Wonder how long it takes Activision to throw their toys out of the pram and start hurling imaginary threats about this time. Or when they'll cotton on to the fact that it's probably easier for all concerned if they just announce the bugger officially and get it the hell over with.

I might buy it if the Easter Egg is Return to Zork...and it includes the Encyclopedia Frobozzica. Otherwise, I'll pass.

Fnac is a French company. The leak, as pictured, is from its Spanish subsidiary. Technically a "Spain-based, French-owned retailer outed Black Ops 2" :)

How do these guys make the game in that amount of time? It's no wonder there aren't really any significant changes in the last handful of Call of Duty games. I'd even argue that there hasn't been a significant change in the Call of Duty franchise since the transition from Call of Duty 2/3 to Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare.
Well, when Modern Warfare 3 was realeased a few months ago, it would occasionally crash while playing it, which is no big deal, that happens to all games, but the window it opened to say that the game had crashed read "Modern Warfare 2 has crashed", because someone forgot to change the message. When you remember that MW2 and MW3 were seperated by another game (Black Ops!) Yeah. That's a staggeringly innovative new game you got there guys.

There is literal truth in saying that they are repackaging the old game, adding a 3 to it and reselling it as a full-price new game.

I don't see what the problem is. Anyone who hasn't been living under a rock knows that Black Ops 2 would be happening this year. It's not like there are any released details about the game (I kinda wish there were) or some leaked screenshots or something.

It's just so obvious considering Call of Duty's release cycles. It goes: Modern Warfare, 'Historical' Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, 'Historical' Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3, 'Historical' Warfare 3, and it will continue until the franchise dies.

The release date may have been leaked but Activision can do some troll maneuver and release it a different day to discredit the site.
