No. Unless you're in a Japanese horror movie, in which it would (more seriously; the only situation where this would be physically realistic is if someone or something makes sure to -keep- your face in that position until rigor mortis sets in. This process normally takes 3-12 hours. If you can somehow keep your funny face for hours post mortem, chances are at least decent that your facial muscles might stiffen into that shape).
