So, I've been asked a question recently about how to improve the technology at a banking company. The concept would start a project that, when after a few months, should be able to be presented to the CTO (Chief Technology Officer). It's a very simple resolution, I know, but it's also rather difficult. I haven't had many good ideas for the past week and I'm kind of wondering if anyone has a good ideas about improving the banking experience they would like to share. It could apply to outside (random people) or inside (employees) customers.
For me, I sort of was inspired by the idea of bumping information through android phones. Just have an app that would send a check to someone else's account. Let's imagine a situation like a friend spotting you for money on lunch, because I guess the restaurant takes cash only, and then paying them back almost immediately.
