Your doctor will most likely sent you to a psychiatrist who you will spend some time talking to, tell the truth this is very important. Your Psychiatrist will then determine if you would be better off on medication or not. Try to avoid Paxil if possible...

I did when I was getting off all my medications last year this was the last one I did, I foolishly thought I could kick it cold turkey like all the others but after day 5 I was on the ground of my bathroom sobbing uncontrollably.
