I have and have had a blast. Despite never having been into MOBA's at all (which the PVP very much is) the campaign is more like Borderlands without the loot obsession. The game doesn't seem to have been marketed well and I really hope it isn't dead on arrival.

I think the beta's still up til the 18th so try it out the beta's free.

Well i made a thread about it a couple of days ago.http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.936920-Thoughts-on-the-battleborn-beta

Bassically i enjoyed the singleplayer but ultimately found it lacking. No way im dropping 60$ on that. 20 MAYBE for the SP.

Well there gonna do a progression wipe (for some reason that I can't figure out), so I'm not but I'll be playing it when it's out.

I did.

Actually liked it way more that I was expecting to. Which is saying a lot considering that I was expecting to despise it.

The single player (PVE) content was underwhelming. Very little to it.

However, I had a lot of fun with the PVP. For some reason I'm a freaking natural at Reyna. I was somehow carrying games and racking up body counts as a low damage support character. I also enjoyed played Galilea. I've always had a soft spot for brawler type characters like that whose design rewards getting into the thick of the fray.

The goofy humour actually made me laugh every now and again.

I still think the character visual designs are mostly awful though.

Of course, the frustrations inherent to MOBAs quickly reared their ugly heads. It's never fun being the only competent player on a team, surrounded by gibbering simpletons apparently incapable of learning. Damn it all people, I'm a 9-2 Reyna and you're all feeding like it's going out of fashion, there is only so much room on my fucking back.

If Overwatch wasn't coming out at about the same time I'd seriously consider buying it.

Yeah. To refresh myself with how things go in BB.

Have it on pre-order already. Didn't spend too much in the beta since progress isn't kept.

I played one match a while ago. Then I deleted it and never looked back.

Boring. Just so completely boring. Not the kind of boring where nothing is happening and it's just not clicking and you aren't having fun - The kind of boring that assaults your brain, that makes you realize right away that every second spent doing this is a waste of time.

Is one match maybe not enough to properly feel the game out? Perhaps. But it was so bad that the game would have to become the GOTY on the second match to make up for it.
My opinion hasn't changed.

I enjoyed a lot the beta but I won't pay $60 for that. Let me buy the marquis for $5, give a couple of maps (rotation if you want) and I'll play it. Otherwise, I will wait for the game to drop to $15, unless I find Overwatch much more enjoyable.

I am and I am completely enjoying it.

I'm mostly just learning the ins and outs of the game, familiarizing with its mechanics and map layout, as well as trying out and choosing favorite characters; the ones I'm currently pining for are Rath, Thron, Marquis (any sniper class in general), Orendi, and Shayne & Aurox.

This is definitely the next game I'm getting after Uncharted 4.
