My name is Nathan, and I'm really tired of hearing my name being said as "Nathaniel". Then, when I correct the people that say that, I get treated like I'm coping an attitude or being smart. I'm sorry but to me, calling me Nathaniel is the same as calling me Steve. It's not my name, and I'm going to correct you. It doesn't happen often but Jesus it irritates me to no end.

My last name has an apostrophe in it, and I'm sick of data bases refusing to acknowledge that. Because of unsanitary data systems I have to try and remember the list of places that do it wrong and right whenever I pay a bill or make a withdrawal at the bank.

Roberto, Bob, Roberta.

Yes we can. I got so tired of hearing that, now I turn it into the most annoying catch phrase I can have, whenever I hear "no, we can't" I scream "Yes we can!", people have countered this with the bob the builder theme song, which I retort with you are a pirate. Its all very annoying when people expect you to do all that crap.

I'm sick of customers asking me to get 'VB' or 'PJ Gold' without specifying the size they want. What am I supposed to do? Read their minds?

'Nathaniel'.. When your name is Nathan. What the hell? Why would they do that?

And if anyone says you're copping an attitude when you correct them, just really mispronounce their name and see if they get the goddamn point if it pisses them off.

Anyway.. At the moment, whenever I heard the words 'economical crisis', I cringe. It seems to becoming a buzz phrase and I'm sick of it.

And I'm sick of hearing myself say 'yeah, but-' when trying to talk to my sister. Ugh. PEOPLE TALKING OVER ME IS SO MUCH FUN.

Seriously though you cant be too hard about people taking your name as short for Nathaniel.
I'm not, that's the whole thing. I get the attitude when I correct them.

I'm tired of people saying 'its not my fault' when I hound them on an online game for having a ping of 700 when they live in Australia and are connecting to a Uk server!

People always slip a surplus E into my last name when I say it. Even when I spell it for them, for some reason they add it anyway.

To be fair, a lot of the time we don't have much choice.

"When you get big in the game industry, you can make Christian games!" <-- my mom.

Ugh.
what would a christian game be like I wonder?

EDIT: ha I love the above mentioned idea of an MMO about jesus, with quests consisting of fighting your way through hordes of pagans to get to church on time, brilliant.

When I was still in middle/high school, I got really tired of people who thought they were being oh-so-super-clever by asking "Hey, Christian, are you a Christian?"

As for something I'm tired of having to say, I get a little annoyed when I have to tell my closest friends that "we've had this discussion before, so drop it." Any time something that they are not fond of or disagree with comes up in conversation, they go right back into the same spiel about it without fail. And people repeating themselves like that is one of my biggest pet peeves, so... yeah.

The sentence I find most annoying at the moment is "Nemoj me jebat". Let me elaborate.
This si what my trainer is saying to me all the time. May it be if I'm kidding around, making a serious suggestion, or asking a question I really don't know the answer to. "Nemoj me jebat" means "don't fuck with me". Well, I'm not! Okay, with the kidding part I am, but not the rest!

Also him saying "jebute" or some crap like that everytime I don't get an answer correct. Yeah, swearing every time is not something I'm very fond of. Allright, I know croatians have a tendency of swearing, but it's not very comfortable to be yelled at if I don't know the correct answer ...

And I find it so awfully annoying to be told stuff I allready know. That's one of the things I hate the most! "Blue goes on blue, brown goes on brown" No kidding? What you think I'm some kind of retard?

My friend at home did something like this. He being not an electrician, knowing that I was one. He said, and I quote: "Remember. The cable has to be tight" Oh for the love of all that is holy, have you forgotten what my career is??

Oh, and this was a long time ago, but it did fuck me up at the moment. When we're working on some kind of resturant. Overhauling it or something. And there is a huge sign saying it's not open. Guess what? That means it's not open! I'm sick of stupid people coming to the door, trying to open it. When they look inside, they see a lot of latters, and about five electricians walking around. Yeah, this is totally a clever place to grab some food -.-
