I am a nerd who hates what everyone else likes... unless it's really good then it gets my approval. I also like to make stupid references about anything... but mostly games and anime.

I'm the only one that bears my visage, name, and lineage, but I'm pretty sure theres more than one person in the 6 billion that will enjoy similar things.

I'm a geek, and I'm a star football player for my high school.

^ Beat that.
I can equal it anyway, I'm a regular player of our Schools Rugby team, and play other sports regularly too,( Shinty, Boxing etc.)

Is that Real Football, or American Football? :D

I have a mix of friends that are geeks and friends that aren't, I have an intense dislike of modern metal, and I haven't tried Mountain Dew. I can't get it in my country. Probably a good thing. I like 4e dungeons & dragons

I'm a huge geek with reems of popular and unpopular friends. many of whom are female.
i can rattle off what SD DDR RAM stands for yet am not uncomfortable in traditional nerdy awkard moments (a.k.k talking to lasses and such)
I think its partly due to my school though, where some of the chavs are actaully incredilly intelligent people and while there is a large proportiion of stuid people , the rest accept you and like you for your difference.
Thats waht makes life fun :)
I play rugby for my school too
In primary school when i took up Warhammer it was seen as the best thing ever and half the 'Cool' people took it up too. The rest didnt object...

I kissed a girl once. It was awesome. Then she told me to go to bed because I had school the next morning. I love my mom.
LOL

I like rap music, I'm black (ZOMG black people don't exist on the internet!!!), I do enjoy programming but feel that computers are there to make life easier for people not the other way around. I don't like D&D, I also don't think shooters are the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Its funny cux I try every hard to show my geekness. If I find myself being to good a conversationalist I try to remind them that I can't wait for the next episode of Stargate Atlantis (tear* its ending).

That might be one, proud to be a geek.

I can't abide energy drinks or anime. I am also a huge fan of Film Noir and other classic films.

I'm a girl, too - that *used* to be unique - married to a non-geek man, and I have a gamer son who's more popular than geek.
I don't like Halo, and I don't like casual games much either. Mostly RPGs, strategy games, and sometimes MMORPGs.
I love Guinness and still get carded for it. I'm fairly skinny and have been told I'm "hot," but I have pretty bad social skills - I don't understand or relate to other people very well. :)
I don't like energy drinks or Mt. Dew, but I do like anime.
I've built and programmed computers for years, and I also design software and am a graphic artist.
Do I get bonus points for having tattoos?

The most annoying thing is going to GameStop and asking for a game that isn't on the shelf, and the *guy* behind the counter looks at me, makes assumptions, and says, "That game is for the 360 - the *white* XBox. Does the person you're buying this for have one of those? It's the white one."
"Yes, *I* do have the 360, and the XBox, and the PS2, and PS1... oh, and I still have my NES, my Atari and my Intellivision, too!"
:p

Ah, I've always wanted to play rugby.

I'm a geek, but also am an avid writer and fan of Poe and Lovecraft.

The only high fantasy I can stand to read is Lord of the Rings.

I know little about the technology behind rendering, map-building, etc., but I enjoy creating music.

I enjoy history and English.

What exactly are you trying to get at? If you're gonna try to call me a creep or weirdo or whatever then at least have the balls to say it man.

More on topic, I'd say that everyone is a unique geek just as everyone is a unique person. I've never really liked stereotypes.
Would it be completely unrealistic to assume that someone claiming to be a geek could be creepy?

If you're a regular Casanova, good for you, but if she gets a court order, that's your cue to find another girl.

As for stereotypes? Stereotypes wouldn't exist if they weren't true. <--famous quote of mine you can pin over your bed.
(Not all of them are true all the time, but speaking on a majority basis....)

I think I have a unique job right form the start... I work has a stuntman!

I study performative arts, I train and give parkour/free running classes and love games because they confort me while I'm recovering from injurys and alike
That is actually really cool.

All the jobs I've held are boring: Teacher, Game Tester, Custodian, Shylock...

I'm a nerd who took a job as a tax preparer because I genuinely enjoy preparing my own taxes every year and wanted to carry that unusual interest into a position where I could get paid for it while helping out the public.

I'm going back to college to get an accounting degree for the same reason, and my favorite games are city-builders and tycoon games.

I would say that I'm a fairly unique geek. I often go out and party - so often that it's in fact almost every night in the week.

When I'm not out drinking with friends or taking bong rips, I'm keeping tabs on worldofraids.com or seeing the latest reviews for upcoming games.

I don't have a girlfriend, but I am sexually active and get outside quit a bit - but I'm a nerd at heart. Some of my favorite games include the precursor to the Soul Caliber series, Soul Edge, as well as games as recent as Gears of War 2.

I ask the hard questions in life like "Since lightsabers are just condensed light, wouldn't a mirror be able to take down Yoda without a problem?" and find the answers through debate with my fellow dorks, geeks, and nerds (we concluded that the blade from a lightsaber is so hot that the mirror wouldn't be able to reflect it).
