Arkham Asylum GOTY Bug

So, I was trying to mop up achievements in Arkham Asylum GOTY in preparation for Arkham City when I seem to have stumbled across a bug. The bug is as follows.

In Arkham Mansion, in the Library, there is a Riddler trophy, behind a vent and in front of a cell containing an empty chair and some books. The Trophy that should be in this room is not there, despite being marked on the map and despite the menu where you check your Riddler progress only showing one Riddler Trophy left to collect in the whole mansion.

I've Googled around and while several people have complained of the exact same thing on numerous message boards, no one has an actual answer for this. Please help me out here!

If its the one i think it is, then its on a higher level of the library, theres a few vents and there should be one directly above the one you have meantioned but up a floor or two.

Beyond that, cant say ive encountered this bug myself.

And I think so, i cnt remember which as i put down arkham after completing all difficulties and getting all the riddle stuff on them, but just keep checking each floor and you should find the vent eventually, ill admit that was one of the riddle puzzles that left me confused for a while as i thought it had to be something to do with that cell, until the trophy was the only one left at least.
