Please... just 3... only 3 AC games. PLease don't let it become Final Creed XXXXXXXXIV or Assassins Fantasy MXVI

Although... those names sound pretty good! I claim possession of those names!

The game would only be interesting if you were a female Nazi.

Mainly because hundreds of thousands of minds would thoroughly be blown.

No, no, no a MILLION times NO, maybe 1920's with the mafia involved a bit, female protagonist hell yeah, but no more WW2.

It is impossible to turn a bad time in history into something good, and we all know games developers have tried... Again... and Again... and AGAIN.

Why not the English Civil War? That could honestly rock quite hard.
You sir, should send them an e-mail. No a death threat if they don't. Thats the best idea I've ever heard.
Yay for ego boosts!

I hope other people start making some noise about this, that could be awesome. Maybe a divided London between the Royalists and the Parliamentarians just before tensions boil over.

This man needs to be in Ubisoft. NOW.

How about a game set in present day Desmond (that's his name right) time? Come on, would be more interesting then being slightly less in the past each time.

Could be set in WWII played as a female assassin? C'mon, we don't need another Velvet Assassin. Although, I do admit that Ubisoft would make it better than that... but still no! I don't think it's a good idea to do an Assassin's Creed game during WWII. That era has been exploited to DEATH! WWI might be a little better, but even then it just wouldn't feel like an AC game with M1 Garands and Thompson sub-machine guns being shot at you. I LOVED the concept of the first game because it was set back in the era of swords and... camels. Anyway, I'm skeptical about this decision.

How about 16th/17th Century England? You could incorporate the Gunpowder Plot, perhaps, and/or possibly include the Witchhunts?

I have nothing with having a female protagonist, but don't set the period to WW2, please.

Why not set it during the American Civil War? Just a thought.

American Civil War?
Spanish Civil War?
French Revolution?
Anywhere during the industrial revolution, basicly..

I do think guns would ruin the game, or they'd have to do some proper redesign. Although I'd think that fleeing from bullets in the streets could give you a nice "oh shi-" moment.

I think a it would be cool if they set it just before World War I. The game could end with a less fail version of the Franz Ferdinand assasintion.

That's not a good idea, most people have heard of the Templars and almost everyone knows of the Renaissance but there are very few Americans that know England had a civil war. I had no clue personally.

I think American Revolution idea is better than WWII, but it would be a good idea keeping the female protaganist.

I think they should just have Desmond become a full assassin, but with aspects of Altair and Ezio constantly breaking through as a side effect of the Animus. Then again that would be Trine with assassins

how about the Great War? (I prefer the old name) Unlike WWII, it hasn't been used quite as much... and hasn't ever been used well in a big name title, as far as I know.

OK, the female assassin I can dig, but WWII seems like it'd either destroy everything AC is, or make an awesome innovation to the series. My vote is on destroy, because the core of AC is fluid hand-to-hand weapon combat, putting in the possibilities of guns makes it seems kind of stupid. I mean, all I see it being is a constant recreation of Modern Warfare's 'Shock and Awe' mission through out the entire game, because bringing knives to a bunker of gun-toting Nazis isn't all that inviting.
