Thanks to Andrew Yang and others who sued the election board over this bullshit. The NY Democratic primary is now much less of a farce than it was going to be.

Vote by mail is a thing, and you need a certain percentage of delegates to help draft the party platform.

Which Sanders is on track to getting, which the corporate Dem leadership desperately does not want.

The thing was they didn't cancel the primary, since there's still the downballot races. All they did was cancel the presidential vote. Which is to say, they didn't want Bernie getting more delegates.
