From last years playoffs between Scott Walker and Aaron Ward. Best part is they both now are on the same team. Let's see everyone's submissions!

You seriously think that sucker punch by Walker is a good thing? Damn, way to represent the sport. That's one of the least classy things I've seen. Certainly not consistent with the hockey code. If a guy doesn't want to go, then you don't go.

As for the last real hockey fight, I'd say the Hawks-nucks line brawl at the end of last year. Made for a really interesting playoff series a few weeks later: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBY81jKIz7A and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Akjm_dMqPlE&NR=1

People call it a suckerpunch but usually when u get hit by a suckerpunch you don't get hit in your face by someone standing right in front of you. Walker was standing up for Matt Cullen who got a cheap shot to the face from Ward. Ward provoked the attack and Walker was just being an enforcer and getting back at Ward for his shot on Cullen. So I don't understand how thats a suckerpunch. but it def was a sweet takedown.

It was a cheap shot because the B's were winning 4-0 and had nothing else to prove. Walker wanted to get his team fired up with a fight, Ward smartly declined, and then Walker hit him anyways. Don't give me some crap about sticking up for Cullen...Cullen is perfectly capable of sticking up for himself. It was a desperation move that failed.

Failed? I believe boston lost the series. But in hockey there are enforcers and their job is to fight and stick up for their teammates. Walker saw Cullen get hit and decided to stick up for his teammate. Fighting is a part of hockey and Ward saw Walker drop his glove. He seriously couldn't have been totally shocked by getting hit.
