I would have to choose the fallout 3 experimental MIRV.
Although if I could combine from 2 different games I would pick the portal gun and any sword.

Best weapon combination in any given game? In Devil May Cry 3, I found ymself wielding the Rebellion, Nevan, Ebony/Ivory and Kalina Ann combination quite a lot myself, under the Swordmaster style, mostly because it looked cool, I have to admit. I don't know about the best, but it was one awesome combination.

The minigun from serious sam. Goes from full ammo to zero in about 20 seconds but in those seconds watching enemy after enemy getting minced is great.
