I am with Bethesda on this.

As far as my respect for game studios goes, Bethesda is second only to Bioware, and they're the only company I love that hasn't pissed me off by say, merging with Activision, or being devoured by EA.

If only we could combine Bethesda's AI and open world with Bioware's storytelling (not that Bethesda is lacking in story)

Of course he doesn't get it; most of us don't bloody get it!

Our market and that market are two very different things, I wish people from our side of it would stop banging on about it. Especially the morons that say it's the future of PC gaming.
Theres really no way to say it better. Two different audiences with completely different (and sometimes not so different) standards and ideas of a game. They dont get why we like to blow shit up and say we pwnd a n00b, and we dont get why people want to spend time clicking on a simple farm. I never bothered cause its not my thing, but in the end its all gaming, so there really isnt much of anything to get besides the fact that some like it and some dont.

I would never use Facebook or Twitter. I don't like the arrogant creator of Facebook. Seems he stole the idea anyway and he DOES steal your personal information.

Of course the saying "Go get a life" would greatly increase for Facebook Gamers. Whereas we play real games.

It's just the addiction. Stupid People...

hello, I'm oxiclean, and i'm a recovered farmville addict.

for a brief period, my friends and i were all about farmville, coordinating crop times, sending each other gifts, and talking about the best crops. we even became devastated when our crops whithered. one guy in particular forgot his crops, and they withered as he pleaded with the teacher to let him on. we even changed our names to "farmer (last name)". we found a teacher that was obsessed, and gave us tips and regularly asked us how are farms were doing.

i eventually got bored and stopped playing. they arent particularly fun, they just draw you in to not wanting to stop. well, until you decide it takes too long to level up.

oh, and we're all guys. even the teacher that was obsessed was.
