BigBen controller problems?

Okay so I bought a second-hand BigBen PS3 controller and of course it still has the Parental Lock on it. Is there any way I can remove this without trial and error trying to guess the code? Google only comes up with how to connect it to the console after it's unlocked.

(I think this is the right place for this. Even if it's not, I may need someone to talk me out of raging soon anyway. The beep it makes when I get the passcode wrong is slowly but surely driving me insane.)

There's probably some kind of combination of buttons to reset to factory settings for this sort of problem - I suggest you contact their support [http://www.bigben-interactive.co.uk/support] and explain the situation.

And I do believe this is the correct subforum for this sort of topic. Either that or everyone is doing it wrong.
