I'd say the reckoning or the rampage bug in World of Warcraft. Generally you could one-shot anything in the game.

... Anyway, best exploit ever? Any game in which you can go under the stage and snipe everyone in complete safety.

That, or instant-respawning items in Halo 3.

Yeah, but given the time normal leveling versus rare candy leveling, I couldn't have matched their levels :<

I'd say a bug I found with Fable 2. If you buy up as much property as possible and max out the rent, you then disconnect xbox live, and log to the dashboard. You then set the console timer as far ahead as possible. Go back into Fable 2 and after a few seconds , viola, easy million gold.
