Bioshock 2 ending discusion

Well, I beat it. And in the end it was a pretty good game. Here is what happened.

[spoiler/]After the bombs blew up the tunnel, Elena saves her mother with the air tank thingy, and Delta floats up to the surface. Elena takes Delta's adam and talks about how you forgave people, and that people are the utopia. Elena looks at the water, and talks about how Delta will always be with her. The little sisters give Elena a doll of Delta and she drops it into the ocean.[/spoiler]

I got the best ending out of the 4 others. But it seems that the neutral ending is the most emotional.

WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE ENDINGS, AND THE GAME ITSELF?

I've only gotten that ending myself, I thought it was an improvement on the first game as far as gameplay goes, but I find myself wishing that it was a lot longer.

the bad ending make her into a utter *****, in every way shape and form.

The evil/kind ending is a little weird

the good/jerk ending is about the same

as far as i know, the only one with hte little sisters is the good/kind ending.

that was also the only ending I have gotten, but it was an amazing ending. In fact, I watched it 4 or 5 times because it was so good. Overall, this was the sequal to my all time favorite game, so I think that it is safe to say that this is my new all time favorite game.

I never got Bio Shock2. I was gonna, but some of the reviews really tore it a new one.

OT: I got the very good ending, cause I'm an achievement whore to an extent. I liked the game though it didn't have the terrific story that the original had, which is to be expected. I enjoyed the gameplay thoroughly though.

Pretty much my (And apparently damn near everyone else who has played it) opinion as well. Vastly improved gameplay, but it was too short and the story wasn't as good. I just wish I could try the damn multiplayer! D:<

The multiplayer is surprisingly well done. I've been enjoying it quite a bit actually. My only issue with it is the major lag that simply won't go away. I don't think it's my issue since I've tried it from 2 different houses now and every game is different. I really hope they patch it soon because it really is fun. (Houdini/bees plasmids + shotty/grenade launcher combo ftw)

I was wishing for a longer story too when I reliesed I already saved all the little sisters.

I harvested every Little Sister, so I got a shitty ending. Eleanor harvests the remaining Little Sisters, reaches the surface with Delta, kills Sophia Lamb and then kills Delta (or at least that's how I interpreted it).

Wait a minute...are you telling me that I got the Good/spared no lives ending just because I killed Gil Alexander? I rescued every Little Sister and Spared every NPC except Gil Alexander and I got the Sofia Lamb dies ending? I think this chart is off.

STOP! You'll make me cry! I want to play it SO BADLY but my god damn PS3 won't connect to the damn internet, I've looked online for all sorts of solutions but none of them work. I'm going to have to call Sony tech support tomorrow...that should be a hoot.

Hehe, sorry. Well, until a patch comes out you won't be missing too much. As it is now, it's infuriating since I'll often shoot a guy 3 times in the face with a shotgun and then find out 10 seconds later he killed me from 200 feet away QQ

In my ending Sofia Lamb drowns in the submarine thingy as Elanor comforts her, then Eleanor drains my ADAM and "Kills" me. How did we do the same thing and get different endings?

I had the super good ending because I'm a sissy and didn't want to murder little girls for superpowers and I didn't want to kill two people in cold blood from about a foot away, even if they were traitors. I thought that the ending was well done and actually quite emotional, for me. I honestly felt good about myself.

My thoughts on the game? It was a bit predictable and the story wasn't quite as good but other than that the controls and gameplay was improved and dual wielding plasmids seems so natural that I don't know why they didn't have it in the first place. I personally think that the last act of the game was absolutely spectacular and it made up for all the problems I saw in the rest of the game. I should have a full review for it up sometime this week.

Did sofia get an air thingy to breath, or did she die? The reason Elenore killed you beacuse you were going to die anyway and this way she would be able to take your memories into herself, and in a way, you would still be alive. She did it becauces she need Delta and didn't want to be alone. In the bad endings she does it for power.

I saw all the endings on youtube and got the neutral one myself and I like that one the best because it was extremely emotional.
