BioWare Reassures Gamers That Mass Effect Really Will Look Great on PS3

You don't make any sense. Are you saying the only reason people buy games is because they've played them before? Why did you buy Mass Effect 1?

Yeah I didn't word that the best I could have. Personally, I only buy a game if I've
A. Played the previous game in the series, if its a series.
B. Played the game before (either rented or at a friends house)
C. Watched a good 1 hour of gameplay footage of the game and thought it looked good.

The only games I can think of that I have that don't meet one of those criteria are Brutal Legend (which I bought with my spare 20$ after getting Borderlands, which I did rent) and Rainbow 6 Vegas (which was a gift). I guess I'm kind of assuming based on my own preferences that others won't buy the game if they haven't played it/watched a ton of footage before. I feel a bit stupid for that reason now that I think about it
