Actually, I find this hard to believe because if you watch many adult cartoons you will see every aspect of the human (and not so human) anatomy rendered in loving detail. The guy in question here was a professional artist when you get down to it, so I'd be surprised if he had an issue with it while getting paid.

I will also point out that "Mara" and the "Incubus" in the Shin Megami Tensei games go further, also the original Xenesaga had monsters which seemed to have large manhoods
sticking out if I recall.

Maybe if it was a joke, I could see it as part of banter, but as far as a serious threat? I can't see it coming from anyone who does art professionally.
