Blizzard's Pardo Confirms: No Diablo III in 2010

What can I say? Blizzard (and Bioware, as a sidenote) have earned major karma points with me over the years where every game I've played from them has been nothing less than an exceptional experience.

If it takes them another four years to make D3 every bit as good as I know they can make it, so be it. If fanboying over Blizzard has taught me one thing in life, it's that patience is a virtue with them \o/

Thats exactly true and they did went tru alot of stuff didnt they? Mergings, new MMORPG? SC2, 3rd WoW expansion.
And funny thing is Diablo fans blame SC and WoW for its delay. But then should WoW fans start blaming D3 and SC2 for the smaller incoming expansion? But altho the 3 dev teams are different they did spread some of their best among them. So i understand why it takes alot of time to put it all togheter. Some of Blizz`s best artist draw for all their franchises too . . .but in the end as Amnestic said it will be noting short than a masterpiece :>

Those cock-teases at blizzard better be glad I have quite a few games that I want to play in the immediate future.

Also, I think I just saw on digg that DIII was getting rid of the skill tree. I'm not positive about it, but I wanted to know if anyone on here has heard anything. I don't know how I would feel not having skill trees.

I revisited the necromancer from LoD recently... and now I want more(new).

Well they cant release Diablo III in 2010.

Thats like releasing Halo 2 + Halo 3 in the same year!

Nope, I say give the game a pass when it finally does come out, and wait till its in the bargain bin. Can you imagine the sackings, the terror if no-one bought a giant of a game for months, after they pulled this? That would teach them to delay so damn long. Hold them to ransom, only play versions acquired through unsavoury means involving parrots and carracks. Give them nothing.
