well from a pratical stand point the bottom cover makes more sense since it would be bad if her tits suddenly fell out of her top during battle but more OT if North American sensors want to waste their time on somthing as mundane as the cover of Samurai Warriors 3, then let them.
If i must look at video game boobies i'll just play one of the dozen other games out there where the tits are more exposed.
but seriously it doesn't really bother me that much that they made a marketing desision to make the cover less sexual. now if they'd had the painting of the Birth of Venus on the cover but blured out most of venuses body then i'd begin to wonder what the fuck is up.

I think the fact that its been noticed is a little more alarming, and the fact that its deemed worthy for concern.
There's a million over things to worry about before I care about a line on a computer animated woman. If it makes you feel better, draw the line on your own cover when you buy the game - its the same end.

It looks more like they just resized the image since most of her body looks a bit smaller (and blurrier) rather than 'censoring' her chesticles. Why not comment on them censoring her makeup too since that appears to have been 'removed' too?
Anyway, in the result that someone has 'censored' the image it's probably to satisfy those retarded extremists who worship a carpenter with superpowers. If they have a hissy fit then everyone in America has no choice but to do what they say, it's not like they have any freedoms anyway.
