Well, i'm guessing if the kid ended up acting somewhat mature he should at least not have any trouble relating to the kid... seeing as he was a kid himself at the time. Seriously they probably just looked like pretty gapped brothers.

No. No it is not.

The age of consent is 16, so does it count as them raping each other (somehow)? I don't know.
Whatever it is, it is not good that this happens.

But it has no real impact on anything. The two kids were stupid (a long time ago, as many pointed out), but policy has not changed, the human race is still alright, and no one's day to day life, besides their's, has gotten difficult.
Is it shitty? Yeah.
Does it affect me at all? Nope.

I doubt everyone told you that.

I'd say it was about 70/30 against with many of the 30 saying that it was still pretty bad. But hey, we've got to ruin the lives of three people because Jesus says so. Got to make sure that we risk a woman's life so an unformed fetus can get big enough to cause horrible agony when it bursts out. Or maybe she'll get the added bonus of hours of unsuccessful labor, followed by major surgery.

Meh, three is too low a number. I forgot these kids' parents and grandparents who will probably be forced to pick up the slack in the raising of this child, as well as the many social services that will be utilized. But hey, IT'S ONE HUMAN LIFE FLAME FLAME FLAME! It's not like there's some way you just make this problem go away for $600.
