Incidentally, given Activision's legal track record of late, the end result will probably be they trademark "Modern Warfare 4" and sue for infringement, or argue it infringes their [presumably existing] 'modern warfare' trademark, going on to name every modern armed force in their lawsuit as well for fighting modern wars. Also given Activision's legal track record in general, they will then either lose or settle, you will counter-sue, and they will be ordered to hand over all profits from Modern Warfare 2 and their hats.

I wonder how it would be if Activision suddenly came in with a big lawsuit suddenly for the site.

They did two really stupid things here

1. They own the rights to that domain name they have the title "Modern Warfare" copyrighted which also includes any domain names created after that copy right was issued. So then can sue to obtain that domain name unless you ask for less money for them to sue you.

2. Another thing is that the website is open to SQL injection(most basic form of hacking). Anyone could change the format of the website and do anything they want to it. They could even redirect the page to their own server so who cares if you have the site. This will just lead you to further troubles in the future.

But if you haven't noticed yet Infinity Ward might not own Modern Warfare in the upcoming days due to the constant suing back in forth between them and Activision over the rights of MW3.
