Whoopsy-doodle. I'd better fix that. I originally thought of two possible results from the creation of a 3D porno, but then I realized that quality is rarely ever exclusive to one of two extremes.mokes310 said:1, 3, 2...is that new math?

Well, they have made 3-D Porn in the 60's.
But... I can only hope if the 3-D porn aspect sucks, it's at least a good story with some decent acting.
With 3-D, if the story is transparent, it will be a waste of everybody's time, look at all the other 3-D movies that suck because of lack of story.

They say Caligula feigned his madness to keep would be detractors and assassins of kilter. That being said, perhaps this just feigned Italian madness to cover the launch of a massive world-dominating fleet.
Yes, there have been pornographic movies in 3-D before. But I believe only in green-red 3D, not modern 3-D.
Caligula was... A bad movie. I say this having seen somewhere between half and two thirds of it at a college film festival screening. All moral issues aside, it's just badly shot, badly acted, the color makes things look even more lurid than the content, and the content is virtually devoid of artistic or erotic value even, I suspect, if you have some fairly odd fetishes.
I don't necessarily think 3D pornography is the end of Western Civilization, but for the love'a Mike, can't they aim a little higher?

My buddy and I walked in on his dad watching Caligula and we were very confused. My buddy more-so, considering it was his father we had walked in on. I mean, imagine walking in on one of your parents watching porn. Delicious, right?
It wasn't until after he explained that it was actually a movie about Caligula that he calmed down (and I stopped laughing). We then proceeded to take the DVD and watch it ourselves. I am sad to say that is three hours of my life I will never get back.
More on-topic, though, this is just the natural progression of things. Hell, soon enough, we're going to have virtual reality porn, so there's no sense in fighting this. The best thing to do will be to just sit back and enjoy the show.
