Also, I thought Caligula was a pretty cool movie, really got the essence of the decline of the roman empire.
I hope the movie in question is not Caligula though, it doesn't need a remake, and I want to see that in 3d only slightly less than I would want to see Avatar.
What will really sell those 3d tv's though is 3d reality television, you want to talk fall of civilizations.....

Tinto Brass by most accounts were trying to make a serious epic that was true to Gore Vidal's book, before they ran out of money and got financed by Penthouse. Penthouse then tried to turn their slightly erotic art film into a hardcore porn, that's where things fell apart.
