Same here. I've never actually cried because of a videogame, however I oftentimes feel emotional after beating one. I never feel this way about any other type of media. It's because videogames are interactive that they can make me feel this way.Hannibal942 said:I've never cried, but I came close with the end of HL2:Ep 2.
My girlfriend's embrace counts to me as about as close to heaven (and thereby paradise) as I'll ever get I went and visited her in USA x-mas 2008 and went back one of the first days in january. I found I fit in disturbingly well over there too...sigh v_vTheNamlessGuy said:I think it's more about the fact that I cried a lot as a kid, and now my body is struggling to make more, therefore saving them for "specially emotional occasions"Mr.Squishy said:You and me buddy...perhaps tears freeze before they come out since we're scandinavian?.
Also, may I ask what that thing close to paradise was?

I didn't actually cry at the ending; the battlecries just got me really pumped for the final battle with Irenicus. I did grin like a madman at Minsc's battlecry, though. No, the part of BGII that I cried at was in the first dungeon where you find Khalid's body. Jaheira's speech when you find it is just heartbreaking.Baby Tea said:the end of Baldur's Gate 2
