Used to be able to, I used be really good at gymnastics. I can still flip on a trampoline if that counts.

I backflipped on a trampoline, several times. Never again.

My friend can do standing backflips on tile/grass/whatever but I have a tendancy to lean back a lot so if I went for it i would need a neckbrace and a wheelchair for the rest of my life.

How ever... on trampolines or above water on tower or diving boards i can do many different kinds of flips.

On a trampoline/bouncing castle I can. When I try to do it from a standing start though, I just end up on my back.
