Looks like a basic bit about female control of male sexuality. Using a serial murderer as a metaphor for the way japanese men die after marriage. Doesn't really apply to to the west that much, but thats the main selling point of most japanese media.

I agree with Logan. Money's on a vampire with the dream being a side-effect of the whole thrall process usually associated with vampire victims. Kind of a internal struggle made external, I suppose.John Funk said:

Super interesting. I wonder if it's going to be one of those things where you have a woman manipulating a very obviously lonely and desperate man into doing things for her. You know, a bit less, "Pick up my dry cleaning," and a bit more, "If you loved me, you'd prove it by cutting yourself". I think it'd be interesting if Catherine was only a monster in the "humans can be cruel" sense, and the protagonist was just mentally unbalanced.
Though from the scene that shows a desiccated body, it sort of makes me think they're going the lamia/succubus angle. Well, whatever it is, it'll be worth a look. I've never been disappointed with an Atlus game as far as being unusual.

Okay, it looks very cool and I would almost say that I get it (sort of seems like a standard succubus/fatal attraction/lolita type situation going on)... but what the heck is up with the ram people?
Assuming this makes it out of Japan, and the actual gameplay looks good, I can definitely see myself picking it up.

If I had to guess, that girl is probably a succubus. Why? Because of the dried out husk of a man.

I'm a big fan of the artists for the character design and music and I gotta say this trailer makes me SUPER EXCITED....
Also sheep people...wtf. Maybe Vincent turns into a sheep if he doesn't reach the top of the stairs...(I call it)
I'm curious how the gameplay comes about since this is a survival horror game and not a "persona game".
P3P's also given the idea that he cheats on his girlfriend who he finds out is pregnant and stuff.....I am so getting this game if it comes out in the USA. (Otherwise I'll just stalk about YouTube for vids in japanese lol)
