CI Games has revealed it has ended its exclusivity agreement with Epic Games for Lords of the Fallen 2. The news comes as the company reported a delayed agreement to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, revealing it was free from its Epic publishing exclusivity for its major 2026 release.
Lords of the Fallen 2 should no longer be Epic exclusive
CI Games signed a publishing deal with Epic Games back in June 2024, which would have given Epic exclusive PC sales rights for CI Games titles, almost certainly through the Epic Games Store. On April 14, 2026, both parties agreed to tear that deal up via a Separation Agreement, releasing CI Games from all obligations under the original publishing term sheet.
