Classic Half-Life Mod Gets Next-Gen Remake

never heard of this before, and the "teaser" gives me absolutely no further interests, may give it a look some time but its important to remember the importance of good advertising, just ask sony.

Basically, some guys play as big aliens who can eat the marines whole, and theres the commander who plays it RTS-style, and ofc, the marines who get the short end of the stick. Being, of course, eaten alive by all the aliens.

Good times.

I was super excited about this, having always said this great mod needs a source port, until of course, I saw it Wasnt source, and it wasnt a free mod.

The original NS was my favorite Half-Life 1 mod.

My list probably ranks like this:

1. Natural Selection
2. Team Fortress Classic
3. The Specialists
4. The Battlegrounds
5. Special Operations

Natural Selection was fucking brilliant. Along with CS and DoD (and MANY more) it should give you a pretty good idea of what mods can turn out to be.

This is why mod tools always should be available for games.
