Mourn not for Mr. Woods...
Mourn not because he was lonely. He had friends that cared for him, thought the world of him and were willing to entrust themselves into his judgement.
Mourn not because he was a sinner. He brought a thousand smiles to a thousand faces through his passions and his determination. He worked hard and was a just man.
Mourn not because he was unloved. He had a wife that loved him very much and will continue to love him. He will have a child that, without even meeting him, will love him all the same.
Mourn for the family that he has left behind...
Mourn for those that will have to deal with the loss of one such as him...
Mourn for everyone touched by his grace...
Mourn for yourself, for he has probably touched you with his works...
He has gone to a better place. One such as him may have been taken early, but for just cause. His gifts within life touched some, inspired many and brought happiness to numbers far too great to count. He was undoubtebly a good friend, a good husband and a good man. Mourn not for him, for he had a fufilling life and had achieved greatness and felt content, however small that greatness was. Mourn not for those that have completed their cycle, for they are the luckiest of us all...
