Seeing that I was helped quickly by some people with great advice I thought I would ask once more about upgrading a computer, except this time its my room mates. She knows nothing about them and I just know some basic stuff to get me by.

Operating System
MS Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
CPU
Intel Pentium 4 630
Prescott 90nm Technology
RAM
2.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 199MHz (3-3-3-8)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 0XG312 (Microprocessor)
Graphics
VA2223wm (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB GeForce 9400 GT (EVGA) 79 °C
Hard Drives
244GB Hitachi Hitachi HDT725025VLA380 (SATA) 42 °C
Optical Drives
HP DVD Writer 1140r
Audio
SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio

Off the top of my head I know her Motherboard and Processor need to be replaced and along with more RAM, she is going to need a new case since this one is so small the power supply someone got her is actually outside of it. Again, any and all help on what to do is appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, money is somewhat of a problem so if you guys can provided prices for your suggestions that would be awesome.

Hope this helps. Unless you hunt around for deals and combo's, they are the cheapest you can get.
