My first was Bouncing Souls in Park City, UT. It was a very poor performance and they didn't do an encore when the crowd was practically begging them to. It really turned me away from them, not that I was a huge fan to begin with.

My second, which was Against Me and Mastodon in SLC, UT was amazing. I like to pretend that it was my first.

Also, I'd love to see Weird Al in concert. No shame in that.

We Are Scientists at Oxford Brookes SU-I'd just discovered them, got their debut album and was obsessed with it, then saw they were playing in Oxford in a couple of weeks, so was extremely excited.

Slightly embarrassingly that was when I was 17 (now 18), but I have now been to about 20, so...

I never been to a concert either, mostly because alot of ther bands I like that are on tour only ever seem to be in america. It's pity really I'm curious to see what a Beck concert is like.

Beck is awesome live. He played the V Festival a couple of years ago.

A Train concert down in Ashenvale, North Carolina, their was a local hippie convention. It was pretty cool, but I was dumb enough to stand next to the spoeakers and my ears got blasted; However, I would not exchange the experience for anything.

Ashenvale? Perhaps you mean Asheville. I live close to there while off school, and it's quite the hippieland from time to time.

My first was a Weezer/Foo Fighters double-bill in Atlanta several years back.

if we count, you know, Children's music, I saw Don Spencer (or maybe Peter Combe was first, they were the same year) when I was 6, so thats 1990. if we don't it was Live in 2001 with my first girlfreind, or Killing Heidi for free in 1999

I'm not fond of concerts either since I'm used to EXACTLY how a song sounds on the CD, but my first concert was actually one I got to perform in. My church choir was asked to be the backup vocals for Kirk Franklin during one of his performances in St. Louis. It was pretty fun.

... Partly because I got my first temp job as a bartender at 10 years old. XD

Yes, thank you for the correction, but yea, it was hippie heaven when I went their to visit my grandfather. It was also the first time I saw two girls really go at it in public, while standing next to a man who preached about God.
