I am maybe the only person to have really liked all three Fable games. I liked the light, charming world, and the simple gameplay. I really did. I was looking forward to Fable Legends. Until now. So it sounds like another online only game with tons of microtranactions. You have to unlock characters? Sure they say they all rotate through, or you can pay for them. Ugh. They say it is "free to play" and anybody can download it and play. Ugh. It you want to be powerful, you have to earn it. Ugh...like Destiny? That's a lot of fun. So what it sounds like is that it is like Titanfall, Evolve, and Destiny. I would rather just have all three Halo games remastered than what was described recently. If what I think they have described is what they are putting out, I am very disappointed. What I thought they were making was a game that had an overall story with chunks of short quests that you could play with three other people and a fourth controlling monsters and traps, but, if you wanted, you could also play single player. What it now sounds like is something completely different. I hope I am wrong. This current mindset of microtransactions plus grinding to become moderately competitive is not fun in the least.
