Corrupt a Superpower

Basically, what you do is that you pick a superpower, and the next person to post finds a way to severely restrict it yet still render it somewhat usable, and then picks another superpower. The cycle repeats.

For example:

Poster 1:
(insert corruption)
Flying

Poster 2:
Power granted, but you can only fly during July.
Fire
