Thank God Microsoft has moderators like The Pro willing to purge Xbox Live of little tossers like this.
To be honest, I reckon we need more of these guys around. Taking that police example up; we don't get people stealing left right centre because of the fact that a simple call to the local station will get ten policemen on your ass. I'm not a great fan of the whole 'hide in darkness, private message a warning then ban' because others don't know why the guy is gone (speaking from an online PC game POV, I don't have an Xbox and don't plan to any time soon). At least with a public 'stop' then others will realize that 'hey, maybe talking profanities really isn't a good idea.'

ThePro (the moderator) was in this room because it was a modded 10th prestige room. I have no idea how (I assume it has to do with modding a console) but while playing you can basically 10th prestige in one sitting. While in the room some little kid absolutely goes berserk on the ThePro (the Xbox moderator) and the Pro responds. He then begins suspending the players in the room because he confirmed they are modding their consoles and being extremely aggressive towards him.Woodsey said:
The poster of the video (not on escapist but youtube) edited the video he took and made it look like the Pro was the one at fault and not the people doing the illegal actions in a modern warfare 2 multiplayer match. He uploaded the video thinking that the internet would be on his side but he forgot that the internet isn't as dumb as he is (most) and were able to spot a heavily edited video. He has since cowered in his mothers basement only coming out to shower and have some of his mother's home cooked meals.
And for the dude who said the pro was a dick...you are obviously part of the group of the internet who the poster of the video was looking to fool. Congrats.

It really is too funny watching this video, the idiot can't understand why all his different Itzlupo aliases have been banned until 31/12/9999, despite the fact that he's now a notorious modder who has started a public war with Microsoft, who simply don't want him on their system, no matter what alias he uses.
He's also publically made an implied threat against The Pro on his Youtube channel:

I'm usually indifferent about court cases when big corporations oppress the little guys, but I really hope he takes it to court and gets owned by Microsoft's crack team of Commando-Lawyers.
Even if he has a brainwave and realises that a class-action lawsuit against Microsoft, by a group of banned hackers, isn't the cleverest thing in the world, I've also read a rumour somewhere that Microsoft are going to pursue legal action against him for defamation.
