Cosplay help: Benny's suit

For those of you who have not played Fallout New Vegas.... shame on you. Also, there is a character who kicks off the plot by shooting the player in the head named Benny. He is distinguishable by his unique blazer which I've decided I must have for my cosplay activities.

Just in case anyone doesn't know what it looks like, here's a picture.

I have no experience making costumes or tailoring so I've tried to find people to do it for me. However that has proven to be much harder than I anticipated so instead I'm thinking of just buying a suit like this. So does anyone know where I can find one or give any advice for making one?

That kind of jacket? I think the only place you're gonna find something like that is in a Goodwill, or salvation army.

Or... EBAY!

not a perfect match, but if you look up "plaid blazer" on ebay, this is sitting there for the horrendous price of one benjamin. It's all the label, trust me. That ugly ass blazer should be burned.
