Yes, I could kill a person. Easily. Unless the person is someone close to me, I could kill them in an instant. And if they're someone I really hate, I would keep them alive for a bit to play with them first.

Because the population of Earth, as callous as we may be at times, doesn't lack basic empathy for its fellow man?

I really don't know. I could actually see myself killing a man in a blind rage but I really have no idea what could set me off that bad, and I have a feeling I would turn myself in afterward, videogames and cheesy tv shows have colored my value of justice in a particularly peculiar way, that is to say I do believe the good guy always wins, and he he isn't something needs to be done about that.
