Honestly, I'm pretty jaded and right now I'm sort of embarrassed to admit that I never really thought about the potential of consoles for porn like that. Perhaps it answers the eternal question about the existance of hawt gamer girls (video evidence might exist!, quick call the Discovery channel).
Still though, it does surprise me that anyone would be complaining about this kind of thing to the stores. For older gamers they would probably consider it a "free bonus", for younger gamers the parents knew it was a free system and probably should have been checking out the HD and/or simply deleted anything that turned out to be a problem.
The credit card information is a matter of stupidity though.
OFF the subject of porno, I'd actually think that one of the selling point of a used system would be any DLC that was on the Hard Drive since it can be accessed (albeit not re-downloaded) using any gamer tag. If you've say got $100 worth of Arcade games on your 360 I'd imagine if you sell it used via Ebay or whatever that would let you raise the asking price .
